1) Which regions do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the United States and France.

2) How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders totaling $120 or more; for orders under $120, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete the checkout process.

3) How long does order processing take?
Processing typically takes 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4) How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier's operations and other factors).

5) Do you provide tracking services?
Yes, we provide tracking whenever the carrier offers this service. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier performs the initial scan of the package.

6) What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard.

7) Are taxes charged at checkout?
The listed product prices already include applicable taxes. We do not charge any additional taxes at checkout.

8) Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we will make every reasonable effort to cancel it for you. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled; however, you may request a return after receiving the items (subject to our return eligibility criteria). 9) What should I do if I receive damaged or incorrect items?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number along with photos of the items and the packaging. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

10) What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order (subject to our return eligibility criteria). Once a refund request is approved, the refund is typically processed within 10 business days.
